As faculty for the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine, she trains national and international physicians and nurses. She is an internationally recognized provider of Advanced Medical Aesthetics, as well as women’s and men’s health. As a past board member for the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics and a recognized member of the International Cellular Medicine Association, she participates in both education and research in these fields. Deborah received her Masters in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner from Dalhousie University. She is the past Chair of The Nurse Practitioner Association of Nova Scotia, sat on the council for the Nurse Practitioner Association of Canada and the Provincial Nursing Network Nova Scotia. She is a member of the Honors Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau, the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia, the Canadian Association of Medical Spas & Aesthetic Surgeons and, the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. She has over 25 years of experience delivering healthcare in Canada and abroad. As a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and Medical Assistant she has experience in a variety of settings including Medical Aesthetics, Pre & Post Surgical care, Cardiology, Remote Northern Nursing, The Department of National Defense, and has specialized for more than 10 years in Emergency and Trauma Care. She received extensive training in Medical Aesthetics including BOTOX®, Hyaluronic Acid Fillers, Medical Grade Chemical Peels, Sclerotherapy (vein treatments), Belkyra (chin treatments), and Skin Care. Brayleigh graduated from Cape Breton Business College after receiving an Esthetics diploma. To her this isn’t just a job, but rather a career and s she is passionate about. Esthetics has always been a skill that has come naturally to her. Her goals are to provide quality service to her clients by staying up to date with training and advanced certifications. To date, she has taken advanced training in laser, teeth whitening, eyelash extension, microneedling, lash lifts, and advanced skincare. She is skilled in facial treatments, and chemical peels as well. Having past resort experience she knows all about what a “day to relax” means. Brayleigh is a member in good standing with the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia.

Madelyn is a Cape Breton Business College graduate who completed her on the job training here at First Impressions in Sydney. After experiencing her talent and customer service, we knew she would become an integral part of the team! Madelyn strives to provide a welcoming atmosphere, up to date treatments and is committed to continuing education to evolve and stay current in the medical aesthetic space. Skincare has always been a passion of hers and she is excited to bring her knowledge expertise to you.

Anna is a Cosmetic Injector here at First Impressions Rejuvenation Clinic in Sydney, NS. Anna is a Registered Nurse with 10 years of experience in different areas of nursing and has a passion for creating beauty. She loves being able to integrate both artistry and medical science into her career and knew right away that this was the job for her. Anna believes that when you look good, you feel good, and her goal is to help every client feel their absolute best!
